Big Garden Birdwatch

Garden birds

Winter community event for young people and their families

On Saturday 28 January 2017, 1–3pm, you are invited to come and enjoy counting the wild birds (that count on you) at Park View Infant School and gardens. And there will be lots of activities and refreshments available as well.

Every year the RSPB hold this big garden birdwatch to helps them get a better understanding about garden wildlife across the UK.

The RSPB’s website gives lots of tips on how to look after your bird wildlife that visits your garden, with information on food, feeders and baths to keep your feathered friends healthy and happy.

Meanwhile, Inspero will be showing you how to make and decorate bird feeders, paint insect houses and create wildlife craft at the same time as counting the garden birds and any other wildlife that may pop by.

All this for only £2 per child > click here to pay.

Come and find us at Park View Infant School, Pinkerton Road, South Ham, Basingstoke RG22 6RT. You can telephone us on 07950 986614 for more information, or email instead.
