New for Spring 2018, a six week course for families (one parent and one child) to learn how to develop skills to enable families to make better life choices regarding food and nutrition.
This course, which is on every Monday from 19 February until 26 March, 6pm to 8.30pm, comprises of workshops on salt, sugar, ‘superfoods’ portion plate, food hygiene and a balanced diet.
The classes will take place at the Basingstoke College of Technology restaurant, and will also include a supermarket visit and a prize giving ceremony.
For a very reasonable price of £30, families will be able to focus on changing their relationships with food, giving them a greater confidence in new food choices.Click here to find out more
