Daisy making Fajitas

"I just wanted to say thank you so much for arranging the virtual cookery lessons. We have really enjoyed cooking all the meals. It's so nice to see Daisy gaining in confidence every week especially her cutting skills. You and Glen are amazing and keep doing what you’re doing.

Thank you for organising these classes"

Inspero’s Love2Cook programme encourages young people to get to know where food comes from, and teaches them how to prepare and cook nutritious meals.

We work at a local community level with young people engaging their taste buds, increasing their skills and encouraging good food experiences. We are passionate about teaching the next generation about the nutritional benefits of good ingredients grown with organic principles.

Outdoor cooking

We use local produce, organic,  and fairly traded foods where possible and help our young people to learn to eat a balanced diet and experience fruit, vegetables and herbs they’ve probably not eaten before.Cooking volunteers

Children cook a range of healthy delicious meals at Cooking Club. Inspero also teaches the children about food through bite-sized healthy eating workshops which are part of Cooking Club.

The best part is every child can enjoy all their learning and fruits of their labour by sitting down to a lovely two-course meal at the end of each class that they have proudly cooked.
