Inspero collaborates with several businesses and organisation’s at a local level in Hampshire. Our Partners are critical to the success of our work. Without their collaboration and financial support it would not be possible to continue our programmes of delivering fun food education to local young people and well-being support to families and older people.

Sovereign Housing first started working with Inspero in 2013, they are a great local partner who is very supportive of our work. They helped us to set up our first community garden in South Ham, Basingstoke pictured below. All of our horticulture and food growing and mental health programmes are now run from our signature community garden at Kempshott Village Hall.

Bardwell Community Garden

Basingstoke and Deane

Inspero’s work is supported by Basingstoke & Deane Council and Hampshire County Council. We are a grassroots organisation who works at a community level with local people. both the local council and county council provides Inspero with a range of support to help address the needs of residents in the field in which we work.

Inspero is also part of the new Peace Garden project

Basingstoke Peace Garden In 2014, as part of the Council’s commemoration of the start of the First World War, a project to create a Peace Garden in War Memorial Park was proposed.

Local people volunteered to help with the planning of the garden and the Peace Garden Advisory Group was set up in 2013.

The aim of the project is to create a lasting celebration of peace and reconciliation, which will provide a relaxing space in memory of all who suffered in past conflicts and which reflects our hopes for lasting peace in the future.

The garden was officially opened on “International Peace Day”, 21 September 2018.

Basingstoke College of Technology

Inspero have been working with Basingstoke College of Technology for the last 6 years. The college provides valuable support and fabulous catering facilities to run our Cooking Club programme; Love2Cook for young people. The Principal Anthony Bravo has also been a great supporter of our Parent & Child Masterchef annual competition, being an enthusiastic judge on the panel. This course encourages parents to cook with their children and support families to cook healthy meals.

Corporate partnership opportunities

For Inspero to achieve its long-term goals we need to work with like-minded, strategic partners who are passionate about our organisation’s mission and objectives and have the financial capacity to support our work.

Inspero currently has opportunities in the business support category. Such a partnership would make a significant contribution to the work of our organisation and provide your corporate organisation with a unique opportunity to profile your brand and company values.
