The sessions will be led by qualified Forest School Practitioners and Horticulturists. The Nature Hour Sessions will focus on exploring the natural world in a community garden and woodland setting, helping children to understand and process risk and develop a deep sense of self-esteem, express themselves and build their confidence.

Activities will include bushcraft, den and shelter making using tarpaulins and ropes, sow seeds, making bird boxes, bird watching, growing food, upcycling, campfire activities, games and play.

Children will be in a natural setting, learning about the outside environment and have a safe, secure and colourful environment to learn, socialise, play, grow and develop.
